I. Basic Specifications Parameters 

1. Mold model: Customizable (customized according to customer product dimensions and processing requirements) 

2. Applicable materials: Cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet, copper stamping parts, etc. The thickness of the materials ranges from 0.1mm to 3.0mm. 

3. Number of mold cavities: 1 - 16 (customizable as per requirement) 

4. Number of workstations: 2 - 30 (adjusted according to the stamping process and product complexity) 

5. Mold dimensions: Length × Width × Height (Customizable as needed. Standard: 400×300×200mm - 1500×1000×500mm) 

6. Mold weight: 50 - 2000 kg (depending on size and structure) 

II. Structural and Material Parameters 

1. Frame material: S50C, 45# high-quality carbon structural steel, quenched and tempered treatment, hardness HRC 28-32 

2. Die material: SKH-9, SKD11, DC53, ASP23 high-speed steel/mold steel, vacuum quenching + cryogenic treatment 

3. Die material: SKD11, DC53, Cr12MoV alloy tool steel, with quenched hardness ranging from HRC 60 to 64. 

4. Material of the unloading plate: Cr12MoV, 45# steel, precision grinding processing 

5. Guide pin and guide sleeve: SUJ2 bearing steel, precision ball guidance, with H6/h5 precision, highly wear-resistant 

III. Process and Production Parameters 

Applicable press tonnage: 16T - 250T 

2. Pressing speed: 30 - 600 times per minute (adjustable according to product complexity and material thickness) 

3. Delivery method: Materials are delivered by an automatic feeder, with a delivery accuracy of ±0.01mm. 

4. Step accuracy: ±0.005mm 

5. Manufacturing process: It can achieve integrated forming of multiple processes such as blanking, punching, bending, stretching, trimming, embossing, tapping, and riveting. 

IV. Precision and Lifespan Parameters 

1. Pressing product accuracy: ±0.01mm 

2. Mold repeatability positioning accuracy: ±0.003mm 

3. Service life of molds: Under normal operating conditions, the service life of ordinary steel molds is ≥ 5 million cycles, and that of high-speed steel/hard alloy molds is ≥ 20 million cycles. 

4. Flatness: ≤ 0.005mm/100mm 

V. Compatibility and After-sales Parameters 

Cooling system: Optional circulating water cooling system, suitable for high-speed stamping heat dissipation. 

2. Guidance Structure: Precision ball guide column + auxiliary guide sleeve, dual guidance, eliminating deviation 

3. Discharge method: A combination of elastic discharge and rigid discharge, ensuring stable discharge without any stuck materials. 

4. Customized Services: Based on the customer's product drawings and production capacity requirements, we can optimize the mold structure, adjust parameters, and provide a comprehensive stamping solution.
