1. Initial on-site communication and technical support
Starting from the mold design stage, the professional technical team communicates one-on-one with the clients, customizing the most suitable mold solution based on the client's product requirements, material characteristics, and production capacity. Before mold release, the drawings, processes, and parameters are precisely confirmed to avoid potential production problems in the later stage, achieving a reasonable structure, durable design, and high-precision molding.
II. Mold Testing and Sample Delivery
After the mold is completed, multiple trial molds, precision inspections, and mass production simulations are carried out strictly to ensure that all product dimensions, appearance, and tolerances meet the standards. Free samples are provided for confirmation until the customer is satisfied and approves, then the mold is arranged for delivery to the factory, and any non-compliant molds are strictly prevented from flowing to the customer's production line.
III. On-site Installation and Commissioning - Full Process Follow-up
After the molds are delivered to the customer's factory, engineers can be arranged to provide on-site installation, alignment, debugging, and training. They will guide the operators on adjusting the press machine parameters, conducting feeding system debugging, and learning the daily maintenance methods. They will also teach the operators how to use the equipment properly and quickly bring it into mass production, thereby shortening the production startup cycle.
4. Free maintenance and repair during the warranty period
All stamping molds enjoy regular warranty services. During the warranty period, any non-human damage will be repaired free of charge, replacement of spare parts will be provided free of charge, and structural optimization will be carried out free of charge. In case of any problems such as mold jamming, chipping, wear, or size deviation, solutions will be provided immediately to avoid affecting the production schedule of the customers.

After the warranty period expires, we will continue to offer lifetime technical consultation.
