I. Common Material Designations 

• SUS304 / 301 / 201 / 316L / 430


• Material condition: Soft state, 1/2H, Fully hard (Soft state is preferred for stretching to avoid cracking) 

• Material thickness: 0.2mm to 3.0mm. Customization available. 

II. Dimension and Precision Standards 

Shape dimension tolerance: ±0.03 to ±0.08 mm 

2. Inner diameter / hole diameter tolerance: ±0.02mm 

3. High tolerance: ±0.05mm 

4. Flatness of the bottom surface: ≤ 0.04mm/100mm 

5. Coaxiality, perpendicularity: ≤ 0.05mm 

III. Stretching Process Performance 

Forming method: Multi-station progressive die stretching, single process multiple stretching 

2. Minimum stretching fillet: Starts from R0.3mm 

3. Maximum stretching depth: Customized according to the ratio of material thickness to diameter. Supports both deep stretching and shallow stretching. 

4. Process steps: Shearing → One-time stretching → Multiple times of secondary stretching → Edge cutting → Punching → Flanging → Integrated forming 

5. No pull marks, no cracks, no wrinkles, and the mouth area is smooth without any frayed edges. 

IV. Applicable Molds and Production Parameters 

1. Matching molds: Precision stretching progressive die, Special stretching molding die 

2. Applicable presses: 25T to 250T pneumatic/mechanical presses 

3. Production speed: Regular 80 - 300 PCS/min 

4. Batch processing capability: Supports small-batch prototyping and large-batch mass production 

V. Surface Treatment Process 

Original color cleaning, oil removal and deburring 

Wire drawing, sandblasting, mirror polishing 

Electrolytic polishing, passivation for rust prevention 

Electroplating nickel, galvanizing, and oil spraying for anti-corrosion protection
