I. Definition of Mold 

Single-process stamping die, also known as single-station die or single-operation die, is a set of dies that only complete one stamping process. It has a simple structure, strong versatility, and low cost, and is the most commonly used basic type of die in metal stamping. 

II. Applicable Processing Techniques 

Single independent stamping processes such as punching, blanking, cutting, bending, flanging, shallow stretching, reinforcing, and notching. 

III. Adaptable Panel Parameters 

• Applicable materials: Cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum sheet, brass, copper, etc. metallic sheets 

• Plate thickness: Standard 0.2mm - 5.0mm. Customizable options available. 

• Applicable material tapes: Roll materials, strip materials, and sheet materials are all compatible. 

IV. Mold Structural Parameters 

• Structural form: Open type, guide pillar type standard mold frame 

• Mold material: The mold base is made of 45# steel. The punch and die cavity can be made of Cr12, Cr12MoV, SKD11, DC53 and other mold steels. 

• Guidance method: Precise guide column and guide sleeve guidance, with uniform clearance and smooth operation 

• Assembly structure: Easy to disassemble and assemble, quick to change molds, and convenient for maintenance. 

V. Accuracy and Performance Parameters 

• Pressing tolerance: Standard range is ±0.05mm to ±0.1mm, and for precision, it can be achieved within ±0.02mm. 

• Incision burrs: Controlled within a low burr standard, with a smooth surface. 

• Service life: Up to tens of thousands of cycles for regular materials, and up to several hundred thousand cycles for high-quality mold steel. 

• Operating characteristics: Balanced force distribution, less prone to chipping, less prone to deformation 

VI. Applicable Production Scenarios 

Suitable for small-batch, multi-variety product production 

• The preferred choice for new product prototyping and pilot development 

Various order styles and small production quantities of metal stamping parts 

Compatible with various conventional tonnage equipment of ordinary punching machines and mechanical stamping machines.
